As a benefit of being an employee of enCircle, we will provide an opportunity for you to work toward your career goals through a process specifically developed for our employees. This process reviews your current role and qualifications and provides the opportunity for self-evaluation. Then, it looks at your specific personality type and examines how it may affect your development goals and career decisions. Lastly, the process encompasses all of this information to work with you in setting specific career goals and identifying the steps and resources to achieve them.
